MCW 18 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the company operating the MCW 18 platform. By creating an account, logging in, or using any of MCW 18's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

MCW 18's terms and conditions apply equally to the website, mobile app, and all other platforms. Failure to comply may result in your account being restricted or closed at any time.

These terms and conditions are governed by MCW 18's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policymust be read together with.

To open an account at MCW 18, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
• Each individual may open one account only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful
• When MCW 18 requests KYC verification, you will need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport
• Citizens of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not eligible to register on MCW 18

MCW 18 reserves the right to decline any account registration request without providing a reason. Accounts are strictly personal — they are non-transferable and may not be shared with or used by anyone else.

It is each member's responsibility to keep their account login details, password, and OTP strictly confidential. MCW 18 will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

MCW 18 supports transactions for Bangladeshi users via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly
• Only deposits from payment methods registered in your own name are accepted — third-party payments are not permitted.
• MCW 18 may request additional information to verify a deposit under certain circumstances

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet at MCW 18. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted at MCW 18 only when the bet confirmation screen is displayed
• Odds Changes: MCW 18 may update odds at any time. Odds on already confirmed bets will not be changed
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• Partially Completed Match: If a match ends before the scheduled overs or time, results will be settled according to MCW 18's designated rules
• Technical Error: MCW 18 is not liable for any bets that fail due to server or connectivity issues
• Maximum Win Limit: MCW 18 sets a maximum payout limit on each bet or market

If MCW 18 detects suspicious betting patterns, it reserves the right to void the bet in question and place the account under investigation if necessary.

MCW 18 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum wagering of 10x is required before this bonus can be withdrawn
• Wagering Calculation: Wagering is calculated on the original bet only, not on bonuses
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• No Duplicate Bonus Claims: Each promotional offer at MCW 18 is valid once per member, per device, and per IP address
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to defraud MCW 18 through fake accounts or coordinated betting to claim bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

MCW 18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where changes are made to an ongoing offer, advance notice will be provided where possible.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at MCW 18 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts under one person's identity (multi-accounting)
• Deliberately placing bets to exploit bonuses (arbitrage or bonus hunting)
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise exploit MCW 18's systems
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or spot-fixing information
• Behaving in a disrespectful or threatening manner toward MCW 18 staff
• Placing bets using automated bots or software

MCW 18 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• If suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

If a decision is made to close an account, MCW 18 will notify the member by email with as much advance notice as possible. Account balances may be held during any ongoing investigation.

Members may also request account closure directly through MCW 18 support. In such cases, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

MCW 18 believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why we encourage all members to bet responsibly.

• MCW 18 allows members to set personal deposit limits
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to suspend betting activity for a set period of time
